What does weighbridge software do?
It captures live weight from a supported weighbridge indicator, manages first and second weighment, calculates gross, tare and net weight, creates weighment tickets, stores records and produces operational reports.
Can it read live weight from my existing indicator?
Yes, when the indicator provides a supported serial/COM output. Port, baud rate, parity, data bits, stop bits and flow control can be configured for the site.
Does it support first and second weighment?
Yes. Save the first weight, keep the ticket pending, retrieve the vehicle later and complete the second weight with automatic net-weight calculation.
Can tickets include camera images?
Yes. Standard layouts can print without camera images, and camera-enabled layouts can include snapshots when IP camera capture is enabled.
Can tickets be sent on WhatsApp or email?
Yes. Ticket PDFs and reports can be shared through configured WhatsApp and email modules, including resend workflows.
Does it work without internet?
Core weighbridge data is stored locally and login can use an offline cache. Internet-dependent services such as external messaging or server synchronization need connectivity when they are used.
Can it integrate with PO, CSV or plant systems?
Optional integration can support PO line items, CSV import/export, FTP or network paths and completed-ticket data exchange based on the plant workflow.
